Ana Simic and Ana Mimic will present Belgrade’s innovative greening plans and co-participatory design processes for green corridors, aligned with EU policies like the Urban Nature Plans.
Additionally, NBS EduWORLD Hackathon 2024 winner Swan Yee Tun, together with Carme Machi Castaner from ICLEI Europe, will showcase a project in Belgrade that integrates environmental science principles, wetland design for riverbank stabilisation, and river contaminant control, offering an inspiring approach to incorporating nature-based solutions.
