NbS Italy Hub has been invited to participate in the focus groups of NBS EduWORLD, an initiative promoted by NetworkNature+, to contribute to the development of the “NbS 101 for Journalists: Design Guide“. This guide, designed for hubs, projects, and organizations, aims to support effective communication of Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) with journalists, through a collaborative and co-creative approach.
The Horizon project NBS EduWORLD, in collaboration with NetworkNature+ Task Force 5 (NBS Education), has organized discussion groups involving potential users of the guide, such as hubs, alongside members of NetworkNature+ Task Forces 4 and 5. The goal is to create tools and resources that allow the adaptation and dissemination of content on NbS in various local and media contexts.
Valentina Verduchi and Francesca Framba, representatives of NbS Italy Hub, will contribute to the creation of these tools, offering their expertise to ensure that the guide effectively conveys the message about NbS to a broad and diverse audience.
The NbS 101 for Journalists: Design Guide will be available online by May, providing a key reference for more conscious and targeted communication on nature-based solutions.
